M&Ms

Yummy and perfect for a floating snack in space...
M&Ms

Introducing M&Ms

Sweets and candies have been internationally popular for decades especially M&Ms which are small and spherical milk chocolate with a colorful candy shell as well as they have the letter 'm' engraved on them.
Although there are innumerable sweet food items, I still tend to love M&Ms.
M&Ms also have several interesting facts.

M&Ms flavours

M&Ms was introduced in 1941 during the second world war period.
Its very first flavour was peanut which features peanuts coated in milk chocolate and candy shells.
Subsequent flavours of M&Ms were released such as peanut butter, almond, pretzel and more.

Candy shells inspirations

The candy shells were inspired by soldiers during the Spanish civil war who carried chocolates without melting.
Soldiers took chocolate with hard sugar covers which resists the hot climate.

M&Ms motto represents "Melts in your mouth not your hands".

First chocolate in space

Interestingly, in 1981, M&Ms was the first chocolate to be launched to space and thus it was striking to see astronauts eating floating M&Ms while orbiting Earth.
This is my favourite part in M&Ms' stories.
If I were an astronaut, it would be fun eating the floating M&Ms in zero gravity.

Health

Although treats along with M&Ms are irresistibly delicious, they are bad for your health if you eat too much sweets, particularly it can lead to a huge dental problem.
I wish not to see the dentist again as my past experience was irritating and hurting.
Therefore, it is suggested to limit the amount of candy you could eat.

Conclusion

I love M&Ms as I found the milk chocolate inside sweet over other milk chocolate so I recommend you to try M&Ms as it has some intriguing facts and a variety of flavours.
However, they can cause harm to your health so limiting the amount of sweets you could eat is a great idea.
