Eat sugar less; live without distress.
Fortunate beings will have experienced at least one unfortunate event in life. It may be a strict mother or being captured by pirates. Some will perhaps be even unluckier and might find that everything they do is rife with misfortune, shock, and despair. But the most caustic of all is worse than strict mothers or being captured by pirates: diabetes.
Diabetes is the result of unusually high glucose. The body harvests glucose as an energy source from the consumed ambrosial food. However, long-term overconsumption can result in diabetes. A chemical required metabolically is insulin, which is a hormone created by the pancreas that ensures glucose gets into cells to be transferred into energy. Two types of diabetes exist: Type 1 diabetes is when the body is unable to produce enough - or any - insulin. Type 2 diabetes occurs when the cells become resistant to insulin. Insulin can no longer perform its function. Glucose is then trapped in blood and reaching the cells is no longer possible. Gestational diabetes can occur during pregnancy. Furthermore, acute diabetes exists when blood veins are blocked for an excessive time. Diabetes raises the risk for damage to the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and heart.

Some of the symptoms of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes are feeling more thirsty than usual, urinating often, and losing weight without trying. Another symptom is the presence of ketones in the urine. Ketones are a byproduct of the breakdown of muscle and fat that appears when there's an exhausted supply of insulin. Feeling delirious, lying groaning in bed, feeling irritable, and having other mood changes is possible. A drastic symptom is blurry vision: blindness is possible. Signs of diabetes include any slow-healing sores and considerable infections. Worst case scenario is when diabetic patients suffer a heart attack and are laid into the earth, never to be seen again.
When considering preventing diabetes risk, the two most imperative factors are healthy eating - focusing the diet on more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains - and throwing the TV to the curb. Foods that are high in nutrition and fibre and low in fat and calories are required. When exercising, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity, or at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week. Relaxing and sipping tea, coffee, or water with eyes closed is beneficial. This is likely the most effective routine and an efficient plan for diabetes prevention.

Diabetes is a traumatic disease: it is inoperable and is a global killer. There is a plan to mitigate diabetes, however. Even running an hour a week and consuming less decreases the risk of diabetes. Although this sounds as though it is inefficacious, it has proved to decrease the rate of cardiovascular diseases and attacks later in life. Diabetes is a largely preventable disease. By following a healthy lifestyle, observing a healthy and long enjoyable life is possible.
